    Yes. A four-week bond is required before delivery. WINZ may be able to assist eligible customers with bond payments.

  • Will background checks be completed?

    Yes. Full background checks are undertaken as part of the application process.

  • Who is responsible for connection costs?

    The hirer is responsible for any connection costs and any required consenting costs.

  • Do I need the landowner's permission to place a cabin on the property?

    Yes. If you are not the property owner, you will need the landowner's permission before placing a cabin on their land.

  • Are WINZ clients accepted?

    Yes. Cabin Hire Co is a preferred supplier with WINZ. WINZ clients can arrange payment through benefit redirection.

  • Is there a minimum hire period?

    Yes. Our minimum hire period is 12 months.
