Self-Contained Studio Cabins start from $250 per week (including GST). You'll also need to pay one week's rent, a four-week bond, and delivery costs.
Do you require a bond?
Yes. A four-week bond is required before delivery. WINZ may be able to assist eligible applicants with the bond payment.
Can I get a quote?

Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes. All cabin hires have a minimum term of twelve months.
Are WINZ clients accepted?
Yes. Cabin Hire Co is a preferred supplier with WINZ, with payments made through benefit redirection where applicable.
Do the cabins come with window coverings?
Yes. All cabins include curtains and blinds.
Do the cabins include a stove or oven?
No. The kitchenette includes a sink, but the cabins do not include an oven or stove.
How does wastewater work?
The hirer is responsible for arranging any wastewater connections, utility connections, and any required council consents.
What if my property has difficult access?
Please send us photos of your accessway and proposed cabin location. Generally, we require a driveway approximately 3.5 metres wide with sufficient clearance.
What if my site is difficult?
The cabin site should be level, dry, and suitable for installation, with access to any required services. Our team can assess the site before delivery.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the Bay of Plenty. If you require multiple cabins outside the region, please contact us to discuss your project.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary depending on your location and generally start from $600. Contact us for an accurate quote.
Do you offer off-grid cabins?
